  Twice in past two weeks visited, getting flurry -first visit, stood and waited 15 mins, watching staff throw melting ones into the bin, order then disappeared from screen, had to ask. Today again stood waiting over 10 minutes waiting to then be given the wrong order, had to return to complain - then given the last dribble of cream egg sauce, literally 2 small spots of it, while overhearing staff say they had run out - why not just be honest with customers and tell us, my ears work you know? This was after waiting a good 5 minutes, in a busy restaurant before any of the 10-15 members of staff managed to acknowledge me waiting at the counter and served around me..... Customer service is 0, realise you are busy, no please or thankyou, no apology. Will use other places from now on. Also I wonder why you spent thousands investing in a new order system with order numbers for staff to call the whole order out? Seems pretty pointless to me.

  Convenient food. It does what it says.
  I am not a fan of the new system for serving your food. This method is slow and drinks cold if you follow this method. I always ask for drinks to be served straightaway. This is not a reflection on this site. It is the powers above that have chosen this service method.
